Art Cars

On Saturday there was an art car parade in Edinburgh. What is an art car, you may ask--or maybe you guessed from the photos. Well, an art car is a car made into art that still can drive. Some were art bikes too. We really liked, but didn't get a great photo of, a wooden rolls royce. It was an electric car completely made of wood. Very cool. After walking around the cars, they did a parade, complete with a bagpipe band leading the way, of course.





These guys--obviously from Around the World in 80 Days, asked me and Alianna if we wanted to sit in their cool vehicle.
Alianna was so excited that we let her walk outside. Usually it is too wet on the sidewalk. She liked the cobblestones the most. She could take two steps on each one!
