 Eli likes to scream

 They share the bike.  Alianna is awaiting a new bigger bike.

 Ok, so Eli has a pillow bet--a big one that is the size of a regular pillow when unfolded.  He loves to sleep on it.  It can be washed, but it is a pain to wash, and every time I see him sleeping on it, I think about how I should be washing it all the time.  So, I bought him a pillow (quite a while ago).  I put a pillow case on it and put it in his bed.  But he threw it out and cried that he wanted his puppy pillow.  When Alianna got a new pillow--her first, I let her pick out fabric to make a pillow case.  I thought maybe Eli wanted a special pillow case too.  We went to the fabric store.  We looked at all the cotton fabrics, but he didn't really like any of them.  He has a soft blanket he likes to sleep with every night, so we went to look at the soft blanket fabrics.  He felt them all, cuddled them up to his face and smiled and laughed.  He liked them!

 We brought home a monkey pattern and after cutting the right size, Eli helped me pin up the sides.

 Then he sat on my lap and helped do the sewing on the sewing machine.

 Finally, rather quickly actually, it was finished.  He tried it out.  He liked it!

At bedtime, I put the new monkey pillow in his pillow spot and put the puppy pillow at the bottom of his bed.  He looked at the new set up and moved his puppy pillow back to the head of the bed.  Then he positioned his monkey pillow at the foot of the bed and lay down.  His head was on the puppy pillow and his feet on the monkey pillow.  Maybe he'll warm up to it.
