Mark and Alianna mixed up a batch of gluten free pizza dough. If you haven't heard of the book Pizza in 5 Minutes a Day, it is great! Mix up pizza dough, let it rise, put it in the fridge for (some recipes) up to 2 or 3 weeks, pull off a piece every time you want pizza, spread it out, top it, pop it in the oven, and about 8 minutes later it is done. So easy even kids can do it, with help. The recipes make 8 big pizzas.
