Alianna continues to amaze us everyday. She is so smart and learns so much all the time. She loves to shake her head no now whenever she knows she shouldn't do something. Then she throws her head back and laughs and most of the time does it anyway.

Here are some of her favorite things.

Alianna's absolute favorite thing to do is go outside. When she wakes up in the morning she goes to the door, all day she goes over to the door. She brings me her hat and shoes and tries to put my shoes on my feet (I told you, smart girl). Finally when I open the door for her she runs down the driveway, turns right, runs one block, turns right again, runs another block, turns left, runs some more and arrives... at the park. I was amazed the first time she did this. We had only been the the park a few times with her and I was following her to see where she would go. When she made the second turn she walked really slow looking all around to make sure it was right. And she made it all the way there.

The park by our house is a small park with a couple of swings, three little slides and lots of sand and grass to play on. Alianna loves the slides. Her new way to go down is on her tummy.

She also loves dogs. When she sees them she waves hi. When she hears them barking, she barks back (try to bark with your lips closed, that's what she does. It sounds pretty good).
And she likes to rearrange the rocks.
This one's a little too heavy to move.
She loves her little chairs.

And helping around the house.
She actually ripped all the lettuce up for the salad!
Playing with her cousins.
And just looking cute! (This outfit was so cute, but she didn't want the hat on long enough for a photo. Oh well, she loves the hat now to block the sun in her eyes outside.)
