Mini Maker Faire

We went to the mini maker faire in Fresno.  A Maker Faire is where people come together who like to make things, but not crafty things, more like engineered machine things.  It was really cool.  There were a lot of fun things for the kids to do too.
Like fight with foam swords
Build and test their own rockets
and cars
and watch this guy who made fire dance along with the music he was playing by putting speakers (the green things) on the ends of tubes with propane being pumped in.  The sound waves made the fire dance. It was totally awesome. (and his totally crazy outfit made us smile too.)
Just looking cute before church

The kids loved helping make lunch at the Ronald McDonald House.
And we always love the park
Eli can now blow up his own balloons, which he loves to do all the time and let them fly around the room then blow them up again.
