We spent the end of the year up in the mountains with Mark's family. We were sad when we heard there was no snow up there. I had warned the kids, but then, just as we went down the hill to our cabin, Eli yelled out--"It's snowing!" It wasn't really snowing, but there was some snow on the side of the road. Alianna and Eli were really excited, and Lily got to see her first snow, albeit icy, mostly dirty snow left over from the snowplow. She didn't hesitate to taste it, and beg for more to eat.
And Eli and I made a mini snowman on the porch.
